Datavis Hottack-Visualization

The software tool DATAVIS has been designed for visualization and print of pressure/time curves and test parameters, recorded with the  LABORMASTER 3000 and saved as  CSV-file.
Never before it has been possible to visualize sealing strength in such a short spell and simple way -  clear and convincing.

With DATAVIS characteristic curves of sealing strength (hot-tack and cold-tack) are visualized.  
DATAVIS is a quick method to process measurement data into an appealing and clear presentation of force/time curves.  
DATAVIS presents the single values recorded by the Labormaster 3000 in a force/time curve.

Functioning

The data memorized in CSV format by the Labormaster 3000 can be read in DATAVIS without being treated in advance.

Besides the force/time curve the following data can be displayed and printed:  Test parameters (designation, date, time, sealing time, sealing temperature, sealing force, cooling time, withdrawal rate) Key figures (maximum sealing strength, time required to reach the maximum, total time, average force) Test description (material, charge, controller, date,  comments)

Thanks to the comfortable possibilities concerning printout the data to be printed can be selected.  Furthermore you have the choice in selecting the values for the statistics such as mean value, variance and standard deviation. 

A preview on the display shows the presentation of the printout.
